Description
National Pantheon this picture was taken using my medium format Zeiss Ikon Nettar and a camera made between 1935-36. It uses 120mm film and provides a 6×6 negative the film used in the camera was Kodok Gold 200. The National Pantheon-Church of Santa Engrácia, the only example of Baroque in Portugal, stands in front of the Tagus, overlooking the historic area of the city, being an unmissable reference in the Lisbon skyline. From its terrace, you can enjoy a unique perspective of the city and the river.
With only 3 days in Lisbon, I did not get the opportunity to go inside but will be doing so on my next visit. I have chosen to have this print produced on Hahnemühle fine art pearl paper as it brings out the fine grain and colours beautifully.
